Pacquiao accused of hiding his wound

"Fight of the Century" Two million Americans are demanding damage boxer Manny Pacquiao for hiding a shoulder injury before his fight.

Two Americans have started Tuesday, May 5 lawsuits against the Philippine boxer Manny Pacquiao, demanding millions in damages for having hidden a shoulder injury before his fight in Las Vegas against American Floyd Mayweather.

The complaint, filed in court in Las Vegas (Nevada), aims Pacquiao, his manager Michael Koncz, the promotion company Top Rank and Bob Arum and Todd leaders duBoef.

Against Nevada law

The defendants were aware "that Pacquiao was badly injured and suffered a tear" in the shoulder, say the plaintiffs Stephane Vanel and Rami Rahbaran, according to court documents available online.

"The accused were increasingly aware that this injury could strongly affect performance," say the plaintiffs, accusing them of not having "kept the public informed, or, or even the Athletes' Commission of Nevada, aware of the injury" .

Both complainants argue that Pacquiao and his entourage raped a Nevada law State in which the battle took place.

Not the "fight of the century"

Manny Pacquiao lost the fight Saturday night at the opponent Floyd Mayweather to points, a game expected by experts but has not fulfilled the promises of "fight of the century" placed for months by the fans in this encounter.

Pacquiao and Top Rank promotion agency announced after the fight that the Filipino had a shoulder injury three weeks before the meeting.
